The online Eligibility Check applies MLC’s preliminary screening indicators to your answers and identifies remaining conditions or matters needing personal review. It does not grant admission, professional recognition, employment or visa approval. Submitting a contact request does not purchase a service. A detailed review begins only after personal contact and agreement to its scope, required documents and applicable fee. No online payment is taken.

The legal assessment, preparation and review of German visa applications, individual German legal advice and representation are provided exclusively by Law Firm MLC in Germany under a separate legal mandate.

Our role

MLC Lanka Partners (Pvt) Ltd. provides administrative coordination, document collection and relocation support from Sri Lanka. German legal advice, representation and court representation are provided by Law Firm MLC in Germany.

Information and decisions

Website content, the pathway explorer and AI responses provide introductory information. They are not an admission decision, recognition assessment, visa decision or personal legal opinion. Requirements can change. Official authorities and institutions determine applications; use their current instructions and obtain qualified advice for your circumstances.

Consultation requests and services

Submitting a consultation request does not confirm an appointment, create a legal engagement or require payment. The team will confirm availability, scope and applicable fees separately. The website does not process payments. No service guarantees a visa, admission, employment offer or processing time.

Submitting information

Provide accurate contact information and upload only files you are authorised to share. Do not upload malicious content, impersonate another person or attempt to access another client’s data. Contact the team if you suspect unauthorised access.

Travel and student imagery is illustrative and includes AI-generated images. It does not depict actual clients or endorsements. Official sources and partner websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
